Shipping & Handling

Shipping:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Personalized items take longer. Orders with both personalized and non-personalized items may arrive in parts.
  • Charges: Free shipping on orders over Rs. 449 within India. No free shipping on international orders and returns.
  • Tracking: Tracking details sent via WhatsApp, email, and SMS upon shipment.

Returns:

  • Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items. Personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols can only be returned if defective. AJMER ART GALLERY reserves the right to inspect returned items before processing refunds. Return policies of the original purchase source apply if not bought directly from the AJMER ART GALLERY Website, App, or Exclusive Stores.
  • Missing Items: If items are missing in a return order, the company may deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount, including promotional products.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.
  • Replacement & Exchange: We offer a 10-day Exchange policy for all unused and unworn items & Available under the same conditions as returns. Replacements are shipped after the initial return is processed.

Return Process:

  • Initiate returns via our website, app, or customer support. Ensure availability for reverse pick-up and respond to calls from the delivery partner. If not available, the process may need to be re-initiated.
  • For non-serviceable pin codes, return the product via an alternate courier (e.g., India Post) and we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to Rs. 70. Excess charges will be adjusted against the refund.
  • Report empty parcels or missing products to customer support within 48 hours of delivery, providing a 360-degree unpacking video.
